Steaks, Seafood Towers & Martinis
Brownstone 22's seafood-forward, from-scratch kitchen goes well beyond the raw bar, with steaks, seafood and full dinner options designed for an evening out in downtown Salt Lake City.
The raw bar features rotating oysters and other raw seafood preparations, while seafood towers bring together selections including lobster tail, oysters, shrimp, Jonah crab claws and ceviche.
Steak options include filet mignon and dry-aged New York strip, while house-made focaccia has become one of the restaurant's most popular dishes.
Martinis are a signature, and Brownstone 22's wine-by-the-glass program takes an unusual approach: selections are priced equally, allowing guests to choose according to what they want to drink rather than price.
